Also a native of Romania, Dr. Melissa receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Bucharest University School of Veterinary Medicine, came to North America to pursue the “American dream” and receive her DVM certificate in 2010.

Dr. Melissa has always had an interest in alternative medicine which prompted her to further her studies and get her Certificate of Veterinary Acupuncture (CVA) in 2014 from the Chi Institute – Florida. She finds acupuncture to be a wonderful adjunct to traditional medicine and she has been extremely pleased with its success in her patients.
